Terms of use

About these terms
BookFlightSchools (bookflightschools.com) is run by BAMBAM LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Questions: admin@bookflightschools.com.
What the directory is
We list flight schools to help you find and compare them. We are not a flight school, we do not provide training, and we are not affiliated with any aviation authority. Bookings, payments and training agreements are between you and the school.
Accuracy of information
Listings are compiled from public sources and, once claimed, edited by the schools themselves. Prices, courses, aircraft, approvals and weather statistics may be incomplete, out of date or approximate. Weather figures are historical averages, not forecasts, and must never be used for flight planning. Always check details, including a school's approvals and safety record, directly with the school and the relevant aviation authority before you commit.
Enquiries
When you send an enquiry we pass it to the school. We cannot guarantee that a school will reply. Do not use the enquiry form for spam, advertising, or anything unlawful or abusive.
Schools that claim a listing
If you claim a listing you confirm that you are authorised to act for that school. You are responsible for keeping the listing accurate and lawful, and for having the rights to any text and photos you add. We may edit, suspend or remove a listing or account that is misleading, inaccurate or misused. If your school is listed and you would like it corrected or removed, use the "Report" link on the listing or see For schools.
Use of the site
Do not copy the directory in bulk, scrape it, or interfere with how the site works.
Liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, from information in listings, or from your dealings with any school. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Privacy and changes
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
